Benfica Football Development Camp’s training sessions are meticulously designed to enhance our players’ technical and tactical abilities in an engaging and high-intensity manner. During the 5-day camp sessions, the primary objective is to ensure that every participant not only expands their skill set but also trains in alignment with the esteemed ‘Benfica way,’ reflecting the club’s rich philosophy and values, fostering a vibrant learning environment.
Throughout these sessions, the UEFA-qualified Benfica FD coaches employ real-game scenarios to boost game intelligence and decision-making, ultimately elevating players’ overall capabilities. Beyond the field, players are actively encouraged to instill the club’s core values of respect, skills, energy, new thinking, all-for-one, and innovative thinking.
From players just starting in the sport to high-performance players, the Benfica Football Development Camps bring out the best in each player and help solidify their position’s requirements while understanding all roles on the pitch. Every position on the soccer field has its unique requirements and skill sets necessary to thrive and contribute to a cohesive team.
Benfica emphasizes the value of ‘all for one,’ pushing players to grow individually and improve as a team, fostering a strong teamwork ethic that leads to game-winning actions on the pitch.
